Crystal Lake (morning hours available)

Need to be available afternoons and evenings, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (possibly later) Monday-Friday and some weekend hours required

Gorbold Behavioral Consulting, Inc. (GBC aba) is looking for qualified applicants to fulfill the role of Behavior Technician. GBC aba offers training and support towards your ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.

You will be among other highly skilled and passionate professionals. You will be regularly supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your supervisors are eager to inspire and support you to provide excellent behavioral services to our clients. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
Must pass criminal background check

Commit to and follow a weekly schedule for each assigned client/family
Prefer experience working with children or working with children/adults with autism and/or developmental disabilities
Commute to meetings and service sites
Occasionally lift 50 pounds or less
Work in various positions and perform various tasks such as running, crawling, stooping, etc.
Commit to at least 6 months of service for each client/family
